Provides ABA-based behavioral skills services in a clinical setting to young adults with autism and other diagnoses. Designs skill development plans in accordance with client objectives and in consultation with client caregivers. Implements these behavior plans in direct sessions with clients and provides training to other staff members regarding these plans. Meets with caregivers to discuss objectives and clinical progress. Performs home visits to assess client and train caregivers.

Designs and implements psychology courses at the undergraduate level. Responsible for independent material development and implementation, working with students to ensure optimal learning, and manage class while achieving course objectives. Has gained experience with classes of 50 students and more.

Working with professors and community members to organize various components of Center for Autism Research and Education (CARE). Assisted in development and deployment of CARE Affiliates group. Mentoring several CARE members in various phases of the research process, with goal of providing said members with experience to enhance applications for graduate careers. Creates and designs events for CARE Network group, providing social opportunities for adults with autism and caregivers.

Designs and implements multiple research projects. Takes primary responsibility for all stages of the research process, including topic identification, literature review, method identification, study approval, participant recruitment, participant interactions, data collection, data analysis, publication and presentation of data. Has produced eight publications to date.

Provided behavior analytic services to clients aged 4-16 years old. Gained supervision experience and hours towards BCBA certification. Resigned with three weeks' notice due to resumption of schooling in Massachusetts.

Assisted registered behavior technicians (RBTs) by teaching small group classes to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and various other disability diagnoses, ages 3-12.Left with two weeks' notice due to graduation and initiation of doctoral studies at University of Massachusetts Lowell.

Provided tours of campus to visiting individuals and served at admissions events. Left posting due to graduation and admission to the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
