The Appraisal Management Company Vendor Management Lead within the Collateral Strategy team is responsible for managing a team of AMC Vendor Managers. This job is aligned with the operational risk framework and OCC guidance on third party vendor management.Responsibilities also include developing, managing and executing a comprehensive oversight program of third party valuation vendors.This position also has a key role in program enhancement/development, monitoring, testing, remediation and reporting of vendor oversight activities including compliance with all bank policies and applicable federal and state appraisal regulations.

Appraisal manager for national review appraisers performing forensic evaluations of retrospective appraisals sold to Fannie Mae to determine their credibility and reliability, and compose repurchase letters to lenders when appropriate.

Responsible for managing, hiring and training team leaders and staff appraisers. Directed, reviewed and audited appraisals in a multiple state area.• Provided advanced training and education elevating all appraisal teams to review appraiser status resulting 100% plus increase in productivity.• Instituted customer service standards reducing customer wait times by 50% in Texas and 65% in New Mexico. Consistently ranked in top 5% in customer service nationally. • Achieved 98% audit success rates for appraisals.• Elected to national appraisal management quality team in 2007 & 2008.

Orchestrated management activities for numerous lines of business.
