After 30 years of service with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and after overseeing DEA’s Diversion Control Program, David co-founded NarcX Solutions Inc. (www.NarcX.com). NarcX is the first and only “independently-validated” method of ”On-Site” disposal/destruction of controlled and non-controlled substances in the world (as well as illicit drugs to include illicit fentanyl tablets and powder, heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, THC, and CBD).
