*My main business role is as an international strategic business and HR consultant, as a founding director of Murray Court Consulting Ltd. I provide solutions to clients around the world, in the fields of HR strategy, talent management, global mobility and risk management. *I also have a judicial role, sitting on UK Employment Tribunals, dealing with such cases as unfair dismissal and race, sex and disability discrimination.*My business career has included a number of senior roles in the fields of Risk and Quality, Human Resources and Global Mobility. I was Risk and Quality Director and Global Mobility Director with PwC. I served on the Global Advisory Council of Worldwide ERC, the global association for workforce mobility, and have received from Worldwide ERC their Meritorious Service Award, Distinguished Service Award and Chairman's Award, for exceptional leadership and service to the talent mobility industry.
