Project Campus - Specialised Environment Moves(ADF ANZ Delivery Framework)As a result of the sale of 100 Queen Street Melbourne, the ANZ Market Dealing Room and the Enterprise Operations Command Centre will relocate to ANZ's Head Office at 833 Collins Street Melbourne.1. Markets Environments Builds (Data Centres & 833 CSM)- Responsible for the build of Markets technology links and infrastructure (applications and Markets Links) within the ANZ run Data centers. This project also included the build and integration of a new Markets Dealing/ Trading room at the ANZ Headquarters at 833 Collins Street, Docklands. - This project had a heavy focus on vendor and stakeholder management with multiple engagement points bothin internally within ANZ but also externally (PET, AXLE, Bloomberg, BT etc).2. Enterprise Operations Command Centre & Incident Management War Room Builds- Responsible for the build and technology fit out of the New Enterprise Operations Command Centre at the 833 Collins Street, Docklands, ANZ Headquarters. - This Includes the integration of a new Visual Management System and agile work environment to facilitate collaboration from multiple technology teams. Achievements: • Markets Systems and Links Infrastructure Builds to ANZ Data Centres.• Migration of EBS to Sydney Dealing room.• UPS Upgrade at 833 Collins Street.• Pioneers of a UPS documentation to regulate power loads at 833 CSM. • Uplift of Cabling Infrastructure at 833 CSM.

Responsible for analysing current processes and improving process follow to increase efficiency within the Applications Operations space (formally GAMS). This process improvement followed the LEAN methodology of analysing the current process, defining each component (Necessary or time wasting) and establishing a framework to improve the process. Core Platforms, Products & Wealth - Loans Origination & Asset FinanceThis Secondment in the loans origination and asset finance area of CPPW focused around the RLS (Retail Lending System) release roll outs as well as the initiation phase within Asset Finance. Due to RLS being derived from the Lendfast system, this meant I worked with vendors such as Sandstone & Cap Gemini to achieve our release dates. On top of these main key focuses I also had the opportunity to take on smaller initiatives from the CPPW leadership team and subsequently present the results in their monthly meetings. Achievements:• Graduate Project Project - Digital Inventory ManagementDuring this secondment I was also apart of a project revolving around inventory management for non TSM (ITAMS) management products within the digital space. This Proof of Concept enable my team to create a tracking application available for managers iPhone IOS. “I was thinking back to the start of the project and we didn’t even know what we wanted, so being able to work out requirements, build and implement a solution part time is awesome. The Merchant Premium team dealt with the logistics and technical support revolving around our Premium (Myer, Coles, 7-11) customers as well as our mass market clients. The team looked into various elements revolving around EFTPOS and other payments systems being used by clients. Primarily working with systems such as CAP, CTM, VISA Card payment system and mannual processing facilities. Close work was conducted with the pricing team to ensure regulator and compliance responsibilities were being met.
