Direct financial management functions including development of financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets for US and International Company. Oversee general accounting functions; including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Interact with Chief Executive Officer and President concerning financial forecasts and reports. Prepare billings for US and international customers. Administer all financial management systems. Manage human resources, including payroll processing. Complete necessary state and federal tax and compliance filings. Prepare and present all necessary documents for annual external audit.

Prepare and analyze financial reports. Compile periodic financial reporting packages for senior management.Oversee general accounting functions, including AR/AP, account reconciliation, and cash management. Workwith outside audit firm on annual audit. Prepare federal and state tax and compliance returns as necessary.Manage customer dispute department. Process payroll

Close and prepare monthly financial statements and audit reports. Perform monthly account reconciliations andmonitor general ledger transactions. Manage AR/AP departments. Work in collaboration with Chief Financialofficer to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in support of overall business objectives.Assist with annual audit.
