Inaugural Executive Director for the Old Red Courthouse restoration and museum development... worked with city and county leaders to raise more than $18-million (including $5-million in state funding for clocktower restoration). Defined case for Old Red Museum of Dallas County History & Culture and served as chief administrative officer from inception till Feb. 06.

Re-brand Texas' oldest college to celebrate its Sesqui-Centennial: 150 years of Learning, Leadership, Lasting Values.Generate national & regional publicity for Leadership Program, other academic strengths.Create, write, edit new magazine (64-pge quarterly) for alumni and supporters. Develop Case Statement for $120-million capital campaign.

Developed brand and image for UT-Dallas over decade-long growth from unknown upper-level only & grad school through expansion to full four year undergraduate program; designed groundbreaking and opening events for new engineering school, new Green Center for Studies; achieved front page NYT education section placement for story on "First Class First-Class", story of first freshman on 20 year old campus.

Chief information officer for STEM programs, sciences of Dedman College and engineering school programs; also technology research in Cox School of Business. Developed first 'experts list' by employing Apple II software, "DB Master," and home desktop, thus providing SMU PR its first IT application. Later, during PS-2 era, harnessed IBM DOS to automate fax distribution, earning SMU distinction, awards and recognition from Governor's office.
