-Ran a tear down project of 5 Top load and 4 Front Load Washing Machines, coming up with over $2 million in potential savings.-Created standard works for the Value Engineering processes.-Developed automated templates and tracking system to track cost savings ideas, implementation value, and time to implementation.-Value Engineering Lead on multiple projects that have already saved over $1.2 million in 2021 and $1.8 million per year moving forward.
