Represented Medicaid Director on Steering Committee/Change Control Board, Medical Care Advisory Committee (MCAC), Drug Utilization Review Board (DUR) and served as his proxy for all policy and MMIS system changes, banner messages and meetings in his absence.Oversaw Clinical Mapping Team which analyzed all business processes and Medical Business Policy and developed ICD-9 to ICD-10 crosswalk including implementing current system changes for issues identified and updating Business Policy Manuals.
