Solely accountable for creating and maintaining annual budget (in excess of $65MM for Capital, and $7MM LOE). Work closely with lead operators and mechanics to ensure stations are optimized for throughput and LOE targets are met. Provide guidance to gas marketing group for securing downstream transport, processing, contract negotiation and daily nominations. Establish gathering rates and negotiate agreements for working interest owners and all third party gas.Set over 70,000 horsepower in expansions and new facilities across 3 basins. Installed over 100 miles of pipe.Highlights: Increased run-times from 97% to over 99% across all facilities. No lost time accidents for employees or contractors during construction or operations. -

Highlights: Awarded first dedicated Bakken gas gathering project. Installed 60 miles of trunk line pipe, 30+ miles of gathering flow lines, 4,500 hp of compression and related facilities in 14 weeks from approval – on time and budget with zero recordable incidents on this project.Fleet Management – Managed compression fleet of over 200 units totaling 215,000 Horsepower. Negotiated all new compression orders and brought packaging of all centrifugal compression in house. -
