Promoted to rebrand and restructure and lead a specialist technical team of 24 sales, projects, implementation and support staff to provide solutions to blue chip industries for inventory management systems and control.

Promoted to lead the Technical and Venda Managed Inventory aspects of the Due Diligence process prior to acquisition by WW Grainger. Providing data packs and information in support of the process, liaising with External Consultants and auditors with legal confidentiality.

In addition to heading the Cutting Tools and Carbide Division. Promoted to develop the Cromwell Supply Systems (CSS) team and infrastructure to develop an implementation programme to deliver electronic integration solutions for customer inventory management.

Promoted to lead a large technical team of 11 Technical Managers, 7 Central Support Staff, 28 Technical Sales Engineers and 40 Internal Support Staff to sell a range of industrial cutting tools and indexable carbide tooling.

Promoted to manage teams of people at the Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Mansfield branches covering 130 staff, oversee budgetary control and P&L responsibility, reporting to the Managing Director.
