I have also carried out design work and specifications for the conservation and restoration of listed buildings. I works with a number of contractors and consultants on diferent areas of the borough chairing pre-contract and site meetings. As part of the councils management of the projects the PSTeam web data base was commisioned. I was involved with its design and intigration in to the councils working practices developing the Key Performance Indicators Health and Safety KPIs and Risk management.As part of the Decent homes project I was involved in the training of staff and co-ordinating the use of the H.H.S.R.S, Inspections and assessments.As part of my staff management juties I chaired Grevence Meeting and carried out staff appraisals. -

This involved carrying out surveyes of the occupied properties and liaising with the residents and contractors. Programming the works budgeting and monthly cost controls. I was also responsable for the final Account settlement.I also carried out Site Health and Safety inspections.
