Finance: Preparing financial appraisals when looking at new lettings, surrenders and re-gearing transactions. Analysing potential value-add projects for buildings within the portfolio; for example increasing the NIA through converting corridor space into office space, looking specifically at the return on cost and income returns. Monthly Reporting: Preparing internal papers to provide recommendations on letting strategies going forward and to report year-to-date tenant retention information.Responsibilities also include overseeing the management of buildings in the Liverpool portfolio in terms of service charge management and dealing with tenants in rent arrears, undertaking rent reviews and valuations.
