Throughout my career at Trinity Property Consultants, I have supported the enterprise’s expansion from its inception and launch through its exponential national growth to over 37,000 property units. I was quickly promoted to leadership roles early in my career and advanced to become executive vice president of operations, leading operational oversight and strategic direction for the multi-family real estate division. I have served as a thought leader to fuel companywide strategic initiatives that enhance workflows and identify critical performance gaps in our infrastructure, creating cost-effective business solutions that maximize investor ROI. A few other notable accomplishments of which I am incredibly proud include:• Steering and scaling strategies for the emerging short-term rental market to maximize our competitive edge, increasing market rent by 125%. • Developing an incubator environmental, social, and governance (ESG) green initiative to deliver more than 60% in ROI, then driving that movement companywide. I also conducted community speaking engagements to influence the adoption of green initiatives across the industry.• Leading a strategic property management software upgrade across 120 of our properties within eight months.
