• Responsible for the execution of corporate aftersales objectives, initiatives and direction for 175+ Nissan dealers in Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky.

• Top Region of five in the completion of IQS product improvement Campaigns by establishing a new corporate record of over 90%.

• Oversaw a Marketing Support Program budget of over $1.6 million which consisted in the design, implementation and planning of Sales incentive programs for the Dealers in the Southern Region.
• Administered the Southern Region Dealer Co-Op Advertising budget of more than $10.7 million. Management of 2010 Co-Op program resulted in a record Dealer claim rate of 97%.
• Assisted Region Management in various activities outside of stated job descriptions which included training of District Sales Managers, assisting in Market Representation support, Assurance Product performance and.
