I am a CPA, CMA recently retired, with over twenty five years of experience as a senior financial executive. Much of my experience was obtained as an executive officer of publicly traded entities in the energy sector. During my career, I have been responsible for the development of policy and the management of all accounting and financial reporting functions, corporate compliance and internal control functions, credit administration, tax compliance and risk management. I have established relationships in the capital markets through my participation in numerous acquisitions, equity offerings and debt placements and have been responsible for the presentation of information and recommendations to the audit committee and the Board of Directors related to these areas.
