directed the efforts of 85 government and 450 contract employees in support of eight Program Management Reviews, five System Requirements Reviews, five System Design Review and five Critical Design Reviews. These program milestones were reached through sound planning and a focused team effort. Orchestrated the program’s Risk Management Team, personally drafted the Risk Management Plan, and constructed the Action Item data base for the Po Sheng Tactical Data Link System, a $1.5 Billion Dollar Program saving the program in excess of $1.2 million dollars and countless man hours. Directed the operational scheduling of six aircraft carriers and 66 associated Navy squadrons. This effort encompassed administration, aviation and ship maintenance, aviation strike training/operations involving more than 16,500 personnel and more than $33 billion in technical systems.

Responsible for training all Navy, Marine Corps, and Special Warfare personnel courses including Aviation Maintenance and Administration, Anti-Surface Warfare, Code of Conduct (SERE (Survival, Escape, Evasion, and Escape)), and Aviation Electronic Warfare. Expertly sought out funding and directed the efforts of personnel to rebuild and revamp three buildings at the Navy’s SERE training site vastly improving quality of life for instructors in the organization. • Personally directed the operational scheduling of 42 F/A-18 Hornets; 14 F-14D Tomcats; 8 SH-60B/F Helos; 4 E-2C Hawkeyes; 8 S-3B Vikings; and 2 C-2 CODs and the day-to-day tempo of over 5000 personnel both in training and during deployed/combat operations overseas. Handpicked to do this job which entails integration of both ship and Airwing personnel spanning 6 major departments, 8 squadrons, and four ships. Expertly automated office operations utilizing four officers and five enlisted producing the Air Plan for the entire Carrier Battle Group six hours earlier than previously published. This effectively increased the entire Battle Group’s capability and allowed them to plan 20% earlier.
