Responsible for the managing of the restaurant’s human, financial, and physical assets for return on investment. Currently in charge of managing the restaurant's budget regarding staffing, supplies as well as providing training to staff that ensures excellent customer service, and to promote team collaborations. In charge of marketing, promotions and AD Revenue while generating maximum financial performance and effective cost control. Ensures that each customer is greeted, served, acknowledged, and made to feel welcome and top priority upon every visit.
