Work with site Executive teams to improve performance on a weekly basis and also on specific projects;Manage Board approved development capex projects i.e. > $1.5m each with site CEOs from inception, master planning, business case development and to actual implementation; andCorporate operational system implementations as appropriate and involvement in key IT improvements across the Private Hospitals division.

Manage Castlecrag Private Hospital on a day to day basis, including business development, Medical Advisory Committee coordination, practical operational management i.e. WHPPD management, theatre list ‘sales’, capex priority decisions and ward refurbishments

Manage the following areas:Finance function including operational Manager involvement/training;Reception, Administration and Health Information services;Stores service including significant prostheses usage circa $20m per annum; andPayroll service for 850 on-site staff and 350 off-site staff at other Ramsay sites.

Manage the following areas:Finance function, Reception & AdministrationHotel Services, Maintenance & Property functions; andSpecialist Consulting Suites service for 8 rooms and 13 Doctors.Liaison role in developing Doctor relationships in management of Consulting Suites standards of service, Medical Advisory Committee involvement and other operational services.

Relationship Manager for shared service centre to facility Executive Directors;Operational Manager education in financial issues and coaching re business issues; andFinancial analysis and service development feasibility analyses.

Manage the Finance function including Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Payable and Payroll for 1,000 staff. Key involvement in Health Fund revenue contract negotiations and contract relationship management.
