I am working in the Availability Management team for the Enterprise Availability and Coordination Office (EACO). • Represented Operations to Review, Provide and Implement recommendations to bring stability to the Trading Floor Voice Systems environment. The project consisted ofShort Term Goals
• Stabilize the Vendor Software: Identified potential issues in the software and then implemented the patch or software to resolve them. Completed in 60 days
• Control Change in the environment: Worked with Trader Voice Management to stop all change during work hours and an initial method to track changes
• Review the current design and identify problems: Attended multiple meetings with the design engineers to discuss recommended design changes to make the design more efficient.
