This includes developing, entering, and maintaining forecasted demand, as well as re-order points/safety stock into SAP ERP for all key products. Works closely with Purchasing to ensure material support of the production and inventory plan. Works with product engineering to review and disposition excess and obsolete inventory.•In depth understanding of Westinghouse nuclear supply chain and production operations, as well as an expert on assigned product or commodities (Instrumentation & Controls). Responsible for product change and associated material planning implications, manages and solve exceptions, and drive supplier execution. This position requires daily management of supply and constraints, status reporting and escalation, supplier engagement and the relentless pursuit of operational excellence and continuous improvement.•Owner of the inventory cycle counting process for the New Stanton warehouse. Creates and posts the cycle counting in SAP for one of the largest warehouses in the company based on material valuation.•Participates on process improvement teams and implement recommendations to optimize functional efficiency through use of SAP and/or related modules.•Applies supply chain expertise to manage system parameters and meet target inventory and service level goals while minimizing costs and obsolescence.
