Current1.Develop escalator BU quality strategic and objective, and define and deploy quality goal and plan in functional teams; 2.Deploy UTC Achieving Competitive Excellence activities and ensure the KPIs achievement in Control Tower;3.Lead QMS team to do internal and external audit, ensure the quality management system to meet the requirements;4.Lead CQE team to 4.1Improve customer satisfaction by quick response, 4.2Take mistake proofing actions to solve problems from customer complaint4.3Regular communication by visiting and meeting;5.Lead Quality Engineer and QC team to 5.1Develop quality control plan, 5.2Review and validate new products quality and reliability by type test5.3Do trouble shooting for quality issues from customer complaint, process nonconformance, parts failure, detect the root cause and take corrective and preventive actions to make sure them closed;5.4Improve process quality capability by process certification activities in assembly lines and suppliers sites ;5.5Quality sampling inspection, and focus on process quality, customer complaint, ECN/PCN application, and customized requirements;6.Lead SQE team to participate in new supplier qualification, certification for parts/tools/process in supplier sites, drive suppliers to do continual improvement in process by Q+ audit; 7.Optimize quality clinic process and lead cross function teams to do trouble shooting for quality issues from customer complaint, process nonconformance, parts failure, detect the root cause and take corrective and preventive actions to make sure them closed;8.Regular monitor and report quality performance such as Cost of Poor Quality and PPM trend top management in China and global team, do analysis and identify the opportunities for reduction; 9.Train and coach the quality tools in workcell ;10.Quality team building and KPI performance management;
