Senior signal observer coach/trainer of a training support brigade engineer battalion (BEB) assigned to First Army - East responsible for training of 23 reserve and national guard partners. Conducts combat training center (CTC) echelon above brigade (EAB) OC/T missions and O/O deploys to mobilization stations throughout the United States to conduct wartime collective training. Facilities realistic individual training that adapts to the hybrid threat, teaches and mentors units to success, and ensures all training is conducted safely. Simultaneously responsible for the operability of the Battalion's automations equipment; accountable for equipment valued in excess of $456,000 dollars and responsible for the health, welfare, professional development of one officer and four NCOs.

Served as the Consolidated Automations Assistance Node (CAAN) Manager for a forward deployed Signal Company in Kandahar, Afghanistan in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel; responsible for strategic signal support to Combined Joint Operations Area-Afghanistan (CJOA-A) and Train, Advise, Assist Command-South providing C5ISR systems support to over 3,000 customers across western Afghanistan; oversees the operation, maintenance, management, and sustainment of three Technical Control Facilities and 21 Area Distribution Nodes worth in excess of $50,000,000; responsible for the development, morale, and welfare of 1 Officer, 11 NCOs, 20 Soldiers, and 67 Contractors.
