Directed all facets of College Advancement during critical transition, maintaining campaign and fundraising momentum, Board relations and staff cohesion.

Assisted over 75 clients in higher education, secondary education, cultural institutions, health care facilities and social service agencies in creating and implementing campaign readiness, major gifts and annual fund strategies for both individual prospects and targeted segments. Provided consulting, forecasting, and planning services as they relate to multi-channel fundraising feasibility, constituency readiness, and internal major gifts prospect management. Lead Digital Solutions delivery analysis for electronic screening, helping clients understand and operationalize the results of electronic data-gathering that focuses on assessing individual prospect, as well as constituency-wide capacity and readiness.

Created new course curriculum and taught Online Database Searching and Services course to MLS students for three semesters.

--Created University’s first program of individual, corporate and foundation prospect research and prospect management.--Created and managed University’s leadership giving group (The Loughlin Society) through 1999, driving 600% increase in membership.--Led identification and evaluation of 5,000+ capital campaign prospects.

--Part of 3-person development team that facilitated a 52.9% increase in total giving between 1987 and 1990.--Established University’s first Reunion Giving Campaign.--Coordinated 750 person fund raising dinner, netting 50% revenue increase over prior year.

--Responsible for day-to-day legislative, political and community relations efforts of 3 Assembly member.--Managed 3 successful New York State Assembly campaigns.
