David Share is President of Share Lawyers. The firm focuses on disability insurance litigation with its landmark office on Yonge Street in North Toronto.Mr. Share has been practicing in Ontario since 1985 and restricts his practice to insurance disputes with a particular emphasis on disability claims. He is admitted to both the Ontario and New York bars.Mr. Share is well-respected in the legal community and has spoken at numerous conferences, including participation in the Joint Insurance and Legal Committee at the Financial Services Commission, a recent panel discussion at the Ontario Bar Association regarding the recent changes to the Rules of Civil Procedure, and spoke most recently at the Canadian Institute's Annual Managing and Litigating Disability Insurance Claims, which he co-chaired last year.He is an Adjunct Professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, serving as an instructor in the Trial Practice Course, and also has served as an Instructor, Team Leader and Judge at Osgoode's Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop, which he most recently participated in this past July.Specialties: LTD Disability Claims, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Accidental Death and Dismemberment
