After being blessed with the birth of my son in April 2017 I was lucky enough to take an extended leave and be able to spend time with him and watch him grow and develop in his first year.

• Responsibilities:
• Full operational and financial control of over £2 million of Fit For Sport services operating with a GP of 40% and covering South West London, Surrey, Hampshire and Sussex.
• The retention of business and the development of new business through building relationships with schools and national leisure providers.
• Monthly analysis of P and L presented to the board, enabling planning for improvement on cost efficiencies and regional direction in line with the budget.
• Ensure the team meet contractual requirements of all Service Level Agreements
• Direct management of over a 5-person senior management operations team and 25+ ground level managers.

• Responsibilities:
• Planning and scheduling of delivery teams across multiple school and leisure settings, ensuring Fit For Sport contracts are delivered as specified in Service Level Agreements.
• Communication to delivery teams and partners on changes in services (sickness and holiday)
• Assist in the management and organisation of activities within the different departments (marketing, resources and HR)
• Ensure each individual setting operates to the required Gross Profit target set by the Operations Director
• Manage ground level managers to promote and market their setting to achieve set targets

• Create new business through lead generation and deliver on sales through research, presentation and demonstration of ROI to clients
• Account manage existing customers, monitoring levels of performance through google analytics
