I manage the operations to ensure that customer accounts are being handled properly and in a timely manner, that the staff is finding the most value possible, and manage employees from hiring, developing, reviews.

Managed: HR, Facilities/Equipment/IT maintenance, Accounting:• Supervisory knowledge that include training methods, motivation and decision making techniques.
