CurrentRegional Payer Account Management: Build relationships and programs at Regional payers to influence adoption of positive formulary positioning for product portfolio.- Lead development of payer-specific contracting, retention, and improvement plans.- Utilize relationships to enhance and develop new and existing revenue opportunities, including contract pricing and language improvement.- Manage day-to-day regional payer relations including client support opportunities, account management, and solution-oriented problem solving.- Support access and reimbursement engagement activities directly with payers, working closely with field-based account team and internal colleagues.- Participate in key regional and local payer conferences and associations, Area Employer Associations, and State based Health Alliance Plans.- Continually analyze competitive landscape and environment within assigned accounts to determine trends and provide customer feedback to leadership.- Build and execute Pull and Push Through Strategies on both a national and regional scale, focused on Goals, Opportunities, Strategies, and Tactics.
