I'm a huge people person. I was in the Service industry with Cintas Uniforms for 16 years. I saw an opportunity to learn the Manufacturing business with Millennitek. I have enjoyed learning a new business and watching the creation of products from beginning to end. I consider myself a life long learner who is flexible and open minded. I am always seeking a challenging opportunity that will allow me to grow personally and professionally.Current specialities:Responsible for operating a press, furnace, grinder and other machinery necessary in the manufacturing process of neutron absorbers for use in nuclear reactors. Also responsible for measuring parts during the process using various measuring tools to ensure customer specifications are maintained.Previously, I held various positions during my sixteen year career with Cintas. I was an Internal Service Training Coordinator for five years responsible for facilitating formal training for Service Sales Reps.A Production Supervisor for three years who managed individuals performing entry level factory work positions on a fast paced shift. I started as a Service Sales Representative and maintained that position for eight years by exceeding customer expectations and providing excellent customer service.
