Team leadership roles have included full service POR (Point of Representation) through to OFI acquisition guiding and coaching a team of 8 managers (consumer, high net worth & commercial portfolios) and 21 managerial support staff in customer engagement / business migration of an asset and liability book representing half of the outgoing OFIs national exposure.Educated at James Ruse Agricultural HS Sydney with further tertiary studies in Business and Advanced Management. Completed various in-house courses in regional management, cash-flow sensitivity & financial analysis as well as sponsored public speaking.Selected for Senior Management Development Program enabling exposure to and experience / knowledge gained in a range of corporate functional streams through targeted / accelerated role advancement.
