Work side-by-side with the sales team, focused on the Fortune 500, to uncover and develop opportunities by designing the technical options for potential customers to implement CloudBees’ DevOps platform. This includes CI/CD, Release Orchestration, Feature Flags, Analytics, and Compliance.Achieved over 100% of commission quota in both FY22 and FY23 and was awarded Presidents Club for FY23.

Built Enterprise DevOps and Enterprise Tools teams / functions as part of ‘EvolveIT’ Strategy. Involved Adoption / Continuous Improvement, Standard Methodologies, Process & Tools, Enabling CI/CD Pipelines, SDKs, Accelerators, Establishing & Operationalizing Standards, Defining Reference Architectures and roadmaps, Standard framework for scaling DevOps at TJX, Organization Change Management.Led the Global Integration and Engineering Services (GIES) team reporting to the Chief Technology Officer with a budget of approximately $28M. Team was composed of 4 Shared Service functions: DevOps, Enterprise Tools, Integration, and Performance Engineering. Supported all of the solution delivery teams within IT for these functions. Managed 7 direct reports, 42 associates and roughly 100 contractors.

In this role I led a global delivery team responsible for providing integration and performance engineering services across the corporation.

Lead Enterprise Architect on the Global Merchandising Initiative (GMI) responsible for end to end architecture and roadmaps spanning Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Stores, and Digital / EComm domains. Involved SOA / Enterprise Integration design, legacy system analysis, requirements analysis, conceptual architecture definition, release strategy definition, learning of Oracle Retail suite (RMS, ReSA, ReIM, RPM, RPAS), and presentations to Executive and Senior leadership committees.

I was one of the founding members of the Architecture function at TJX. In this role I was the solution architect for numerous Merchandising and Supply Chain projects, a data center migration, and the TJX application portfolio.

Started as a senior developer within Merchandise Systems. Primarily involved in building new solutions. In the Senior PM role I led a team of 10 focused on building applications using Microsoft .Net based on a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).

Data Analyst in FESCO’s Defined Benefits Systems group. Worked on conversion of a large client’s pension data. Responsible for data mapping, data modeling, technical specifications, analysis and testing of client’s data, coordinating system testing with production systems, and reporting results back to client. Technologies involved were SQL, Access, Sybase, VB, SQL Server, and Office.

Various engagements with companies in the financial and retail sectors. Roles included Senior Developer, Data Analyst, and Technical Lead. Expertise in CICS, COBOL, and DB2.

My first corporate job! Began as entry level programmer and advanced to technical project manager. Majority of work was new development on large, enterprise scale mainframe systems using CICS, COBOL, VSAM, and DB2.
