David is originally from Coshocton Ohio, and has an Associates Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He was fortunate to work 42 years for American Electric Power (AEP). During those years he was also a land man for oil and gas companies where he purchased oil and gas leases and wrote pipe line right of ways. He has experience owning and managing rental properties for approximately 35 years, as well as co-owning a bowling alley for nearly three years.David said, "I have sold my house in Ohio and become a Texan!
