Oversee daily operation of entire network including LAN/VPN administration, Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP in a Windows environment. Manage and deploy iPads via MDM platform. Troubleshoot network, workstation, or printing issues. Configure and deploy new equipment including servers and workstations. Continually evaluate and improve business operations to increase productivity such as the implementation of a paperless environment in the loan department which lead to a 75% reduction is paper use and an estimated reduction of 29 hours per month in staff processing time. Project lead on migration of over 15,000 accounts to Share One’s core processing software including coordination of training for 30 employees on the new software. Also was the project lead of merging a $2.3 million credit union into KECU which was completed in 5 weeks and included the installation of a new network to retain existing branch location.

Create and implement marketing campaigns utilizing a wide range of media including writing both radio and television scripts and employing social media as well as designing web graphics for credit union website. Steadily grew membership by 17% while increasing member wallet share by 23%Established a financial wellness program and tools designed educate members on practical financial management causing KECU to become the financial resource of choice for the Kentucky Army National Guard.Utilized the ability to produce in-house custom debit cards to create an award winning Breast Cancer Awareness fundraising campaign. Also, successfully lead KECU to win the 2014 Frankfort Area Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year Award by promoting our financial education tools and community involvement.
