Master Clinicians is a continuing medical education (CME) technology company and online platform focused on teaching the "Art of Medicine" to the new generation of medical clinicians (Physicians, PAs and NPs) with a focus on improving clinical competence and performance. By assembling the best teaching talent on our online digital platform, our Master Clinicians Educators share their clinical tips and teach their master classes to our learners across the country.Master Clinicians aims to become the leading CME learning management system and marketplace of choice for the new generation of providers. We are revolutionizing the CME industry with web 3 technology, innovation, digital exhibit hall and gamification. As one of the few private companies (non-hospital/non membership society entity) that ACCME has accepted as an accrediting body for CME content, we are agnostic and can work with all partners. Because of this, we are also a marketplace for other CME content builders. Currently partnering with multiple CME content builders, large provider groups and healthcare organizations to grow sales, our provider foot print and reach.

Rendr Care serves both primary care and specialty needs, offering patients a compassionate approach to medicine, a better patient experience, and a trusted partner in family health.Within two years, Rendr has achieved 4.8 STAR rating in UHC Medicare, 4.7 STAR rating in Healthfirst Medicaid and 4.5 STAR rating in Healthfirst Medicare, with an dramatic improvement in women's health screening such as breast cancer screening, cervical cancer screening, chlamydia screening and HPV vaccination from a traditionally low 1-2 STAR rating to now a 4-5 STAR across all payor.In 2022, Rendr received two awards from Healthfirst for Top Performing and Most Improved in 2021 Healthfirst Quality Incentive Program for both the Medicare and Medicaid Line of Business. In 2023, Rendr achieved the prestigious NCQA Recognition for Diabetes Care for 96 providers and 47 location.In 2023, accurate and compliant coding documentation improvement programs, risk stratification programs and utilization management programs were all initiated and launched which will help optimize Rendr's value based care contracts and full risk arrangements. In addition, the company doubled in size in patient attribution and physician count as a result of the Excelsior merge. Despite challenges of integration, our 2023 quality numbers remained.

Highlights includes hiring the first 100+ physicians at CityMD, creating and developing CityMD Academy (one of the largest Scribe Training program in the country and our physician training program); Created CityMD's EHS/Emergency Medical Preparedness Department which became a preferred partner to NYC DOHMH for public health needs. Created CityMD's Aftercare Central Care Coordination/Referral Mgmt Services. These key differentiators allowed CityMD to scale.Achieved UCAOA Accreditation Status for all CityMD sites. First urgent care in NYS and first private urgent care in the US to obtain NCQA's PCCC (Patient Centered Connected Care) Recognition Status for our Urgent Care sites in 2016. (PCCC is PCMH equivalent for Urgent Care). Introduced Team STEPPS and High Reliability models to the organization.By 2017, there was a heavy focus on CityMD Strategy, Business Development, Health Innovation, and Relationships with Payor, Provider, Media, Health Systems, CBO and Government partners.
