As a financial services and sales professional for over 15 years at the largest credit union in Washington State, I am passionate about helping people achieve their financial and personal goals while also providing leadership and training support in a mentor role to colleagues and other team members. Over the last nearly 8 years I have earned a strong reputation and outstanding performance reviews as a member of the Boeing Employees Credit Union retail leadership team. A snapshot of my abilities includes extensive sales experience including originating tens of millions of dollars in consumer and real estate loan products, developing strong relationships and communication skills through the on-boarding and comprehensive training of over 50 new-hire retail staff at over 12 locations and utilizing a strong problem solving mentality developed after tens of thousands of interactions in both retail and learning and development environments.
