With over two decades of experience in the employment and education industries, I have dedicated my career to advancing the mission of NIFA, Inc., and more recently, the NIFA Job Board (NJB). Since joining NIFA, Inc. in March 2001, I have held various roles, contributing significantly to the training of RNs and APRNs to become Registered Nurse First Assistants (RNFAs) in surgery.
