Food And Beverage Director
Current- Directs and oversees all aspects of hotels food, beverage planning and service for business and banquet clientele in 177 room hotel, located in Research Triangle Park.
- Responsible for menu planning, costs, budgeting, preparation and presentation of food and drinks.
- Adherence to quality and safety standards. Plans, coordinates, markets and oversees special events to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Reports to General Manager and Senior Ownership.
