• Directs and oversees all aspects of hotels food, beverage planning and service for business and banquet clientele in 177 room hotel, located in Research Triangle Park.
• Responsible for menu planning, costs, budgeting, preparation and presentation of food and drinks.
• Adherence to quality and safety standards. Plans, coordinates, markets and oversees special events to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Reports to General Manager and Senior Ownership.

• Trained to manage up to 80 associates, responsible for daily ordering, and scheduling of Deli, Bakery, Olive Bar, Specialty Cheese kiosk, LaBrea kiosk, Starbucks and Asian Kitchen.
• Accountable for sales promotions and displays, inventory management, quality control, and employee training. for Harris Teeter the “2012 Retailer of the Year (Progressive Grocer).”
