My work with Field Lockhart Associates was done thorough a programme called The LionHeart Challenge, which is a Nationwide Enterprise Programme. The Lionheart Challenge programme took me into high schools to facilitate events ran on an annual basis, usually over the period of one day. I mainly taught general English conversation classes to both university students, adults and children. I also ran an introductory TESOL program in conjunction with a Canadian college.Shortly after starting work with Wonkwang University I was promoted to the position of Head ESOL, Instructor. Due to the huge cultural differences between 'the West' and East Asian nations such as, South Korea and Japan my role as Head Intructor was primarily that of a liaison officer.
