Produced standards applicable to all IT hardware, by offering both Intel and Apple computing platforms, software and telecommunications, while monitoring and ensuring compliance with policies. Directed development of software applications to support the various business units.Built a Knowledge Management System using Microsoft SharePoint to bring collaborative technology to the OIG.

Streamlined procedures for processing IT requisitions for goods and services, resulting in a more efficient workflow and a 25% reduction in processing time. Authored several sections of the PRIME RFP, which was the IRS’ largest billion-dollar contract for managing modernization of information processing systems. Established program objectives for monitoring, tracking, evaluating, and reporting on the status of IT Modernization projects. Developed methodology for collecting cost schedule and technical data on IT projects.

Directed multi-million dollar software support contract and Local Area Network (LAN) management contract and supported 400 users and provided applications support to users and management.Supervised a large scale Information Management project costing $30 million to modernize the Army’s architecture and develop standardized applications. By developing a standardized budget, 50 different nonintegrated systems being operated at various field locations were eliminated.Served as lead analyst for the Army’s Major Automated Information System Review Committee. Completed comprehensive assessments of major Army infrastructure programs with project costs exceeding $20M and worked with Program Management Office to ensure all aspects of the Information Systems Development Life Cycle were followed.
