• Updating supplier data base and material category Price List.• Supporting Procurement Team and in coordination with Finance Department to ensure internal controls, timely payment of vendors and full, audible and verified Supporting Document. • Updating payment sheet, sole procurement Tracking sheets and MSA tracker.• Sourcing new suppliers through site visits and online search.• Assist in photocopying, scanning, archiving procurement files and reception of goods.• Follow-up internally between SC department and finance department on finance related transaction.• Following the guidance of the procurement staff, to ensure that all field goods to be dispatched along with all the needed documents.• Sending request for feedback regarding supplier performance and supplier files accordingly.• Participate MSA/MPA and Tender procedures as per staff need.• Routine communication, coordination and planning with the relevant requesting staff/ Programs regarding the order and delivery of supplies.• Ensure that all supplies, services and equipment’s required are delivered on time.• Establishment and maintenance of ethical, professional working relationships with suppliers.• Any other duties or tasked delegated by Procurement Officer or Senior Procurement Manager
