• Developed and executed strategic production plan to assess and optimize Portuguese Footwear suppliers capacity;• Managed end-to-end order processing to guarantee timely delivery and ensuring product availability;

• Managed daily production planning and schedules for Guilhabreu's packaging factory;• Established job standards, procedures, and training programs for the planning role, contributing to improved consistency in production scheduling;

• Led the implementation of the Lean Europac Management System in Guilhabreu's factory; • Directed multiple Lean projects that advanced Guilhabreu’s factory Lean maturity level using VSM, 5S’s, 5 Whys, standardization and TPM;

• Oversaw the Corrugator Production Line in Lisbon's plant with team coordination, production plan fulfillment and quality assurance;• Lean Programme Leader: implemented Lean programs, including 5S’s, SMED, and a Total Preventive Maintenance program aiming the improvement of production efficiency;

• Europac Trainee Program: engaging in projects across CI, Supply Chain, Production and Quality departments.
