In 2015, a position was created in the company to manage the Amazon marketplace. I jumped at the chance to help and continue to learn every day. I've modified and created most all the process used in keeping this marketplace running as smooth as possible. We've expanded listings by a factor of 5; over 12,000 listings across four different sub-channels, with both FBA listings and Seller Fulfilled Prime. And the marketplace has grown to 70% of sales for the company.-Managing all aspects of the company’s largest sales channel-Creating and implementing new processes companywide in regards to procurement, shipping and distribution-Analyzing mountains of data searching for deficiencies, ways to optimize processes and problem solving.

Vice President, Board Member and Course Logistics Committee Chair of this non-profit organization for over 10 years. I worked with a great team of volunteers in helping to create and grow this association which promotes bicycling for health and transportation thru education and bike safety as well as several events including the signature SpokeFest ride, Bike Everywhere Month with Spokane Bikes, Spokane Summer Parkways and Kidical Mass rides. A joint project with The City of Spokane.

Managed one of the largest Collector Car Auctions in the US, the Hot August Nights Auction in Reno, NV offering nearly 1,000 cars in 4 days. Overseeing all aspects of event coordination from strategic planning to contract negotiation of space to compliance with local laws and regulations for 15+ auctions/events a year in 23 different cities and 10 states.-Managing 10-12 full-time and up to 100 part-time or seasonal employees including hiring, training, salarynegotiation, promotion consideration, and performance evaluation.-Analyzing multiple levels of risk analysis and working to solve customer issues to ensure smooth transitions.-Monitoring all bank accounts, deposits and payouts. Signer on all company financials.-Overseeing of fleet vehicles and trailers including acquisition, customization and maintenance.

-Managing 6 full-time and 22 part-time employees.-Preparing company financials, including day-to-day operations as well as sales audits.-Directing company marketing which involved interfacing with designers, printers and distributors.-Account manager for 15+ international & domestic car dealers, collectors and enthusiasts.

-Account manager for 10 to 12 major auto dealers and individual collectors nationwide.-Coordinating exclusively with software developers in designing two different Linux-based custom auctionsoftware from start to finish, resolving bugs, adding new features and training employees.-Overseeing computer check-ins, bidder registration, and sales transactions at all auctions.
