- Co-run the business strategy days and more importantly work with all departments to materialize the strategies to accomplish the target. Example: setting up the Independent external managers capabilities- Complete new initiatives to facilitate businesses for Indonesia & NRI specifically.- In charge of all the change management in view of the latest bank.

- Taking care of USD300 million of assets under management with in a team- Promote all asset classes- Manage revenue targets with the current challenging market and compliance environment - Advise Trust structures for retirement planning and insurance structures, mainly universal life plans for estate planning

- Raise assets and pitch fund ideas to both private clients and institutional clients- Update Asia Pacific sales team / client on Fund manager’s commentary and updates. (Sales team approx 300 colleagues) - Originate Hedge Fund / PE products based on demand. Set up marketing materials, trading platforms and compliance requirements, etc.- Organize client.

- Reviewing of clients’ accounts and the products they hold for suitability issues in terms of risk tolerance, currency exposure, asset allocation, etc.- Conduct monthly calls with office senior management team to provide updates and resolve issues. The scope covers the United Kingdom offices; confidence and strong communication skills are vital.
