• Development of “Talking Claims” project. Interfacing Insurance Claims with the company’s policy issue system, Insure90 (I90). In significantly reducing the time to resolve claims and improving customer satisfaction, it received a mention in the Sunday Times• Responsibility for ensuring IICL requirements were met by external software company in the development of the new “Koukia” insurance package, funded by IICL and Wesfarmers. New system developed in Melbourne, Australia requiring site visits to ensure progress and accuracy• Other Insure90 related projects including development that required changes to existing products, policy header, risk selection and premium posting screens, resulting in new “first to market” insurance products which increased company revenues• Development of the companies Insurance Re-Insurance System (IRIS) to attract increased revenue for IICL in the London market• Responsibility in managing teams with up to twenty five developers. Tutoring / mentoring on an individual basis and delivering QSS (Quote Support System). This new system was designed to capture quote information and populate the company’s policy issue software, Insure90 (I90). The new development improved quote accuracy and reduced the average time to issue a policy to its clients from 85 days to 5 days. Not only did it enhance service to the client and customer, it also significantly improved cash flow as the premium could be collected sooner

• Development of Manufacturing and Distribution systems to improve workflow through the factory and allow the company to service more customers in a shorter space of time.
