We currently produce and promote live jazz music in Miami and Atlanta markets. We bring the best in Jazz to these markets and we work to develop emerging artists to being the best in Jazz to others.

We provide consultation to governmental agencies and non-governmental organizations at the intersection of environmental justice, criminal justice, and conservation.

Serve as agency head of this law enforcement training academy instituted as a partnership between the College, the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, and the Hagerstown Police Department. Manage and oversee all functions of the academy including delivery of entry- level training and advanced training courses.Per College President’s mandate, designed and developed curriculum necessary to integrate six courses in the existing criminal justice program with Maryland state (MPCTC) training objectives to deliver the training necessary to achieve Maryland entry-level police certification and 27 credits of college coursework in 24 weeks.Transitioned testing from industry-specific, proprietary software platform to open-source on-line platform already in use for course delivery, to achieve significant yearly cost savings.Developed associates degree program in Conservation Law Enforcement and negotiated apartnership with Frostburg State University to develop a Law Enforcement Concentration in their existing Fish and Wildlife Studies program to which student could transfer to pursue their baccalaureate degree. This is the first program of its kind in Maryland.Created and managed the delivery of numerous in-service courses, most recently including First Line Supervisor, Firearms Instructor Training Course, and Maryland Comparative Compliance.Developed, enacted, and reviewed policies and procedures for training standards, rules ofconduct, firearms, instructor responsibility, etc.Served as President of Maryland Police Training Director’s Association where I worked on continual revision of training standards and objectives which are applied state-wide. Work with state Training Commission to meet legislative mandates and develop model policy.Managed internal staff and 35 adjunct instructors from partner law enforcement and entry-level classes with an average of 20 recruits each.

Law Enforcement Officer and Trainer in a multi-faceted bi-county agency charged with protecting the parkland and natural resources surrounding the United States Capital as well as in the surrounding urban/suburban areas.. Serve as a MPCTC-certified law enforcement instructor in a variety of subject matter, with additional certification in defensive tactics and firearms instruction.Performed law enforcement functions urban, suburban, and wilderness environments, including fish and wildlife enforcement.Assigned to agency liaison to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Maryland Environmental Crimes Task Force and as liaison to environmental advocacy groups.Serve as the agency representative to the Washington Council of Governments Law Enforcement Training Sub-Committee.Performed instruction in and developed training programs for law updates, firearms, and defensive tactics.Commendations: Bronze Star - 2012, Teamwork 2011.

Law Enforcement Officer in a major metropolitan city assigned to a high-crime district with frequent incidence of homicide, robbery, and other violent crime. Assigned to tactical robbery/crime suppression unit tasked with intelligence collection on robbery and carjacking activities and actors in the Sixth Police District. Performed analysis on robbery statistics and developed operational plans for targeting high-impact areas and high-probability offenders. These operations resulted in numerous arrests and successful prosecutions.Performed presidential and dignitary protection details including motorcade threat assessment training. Worked in Financial Crimes and Fraud unit on an ad hoc basis, managing investigations where apparent single-victim credit card fraud cases progressed to complicated identity-theft cases with multiple victims.
