As a Senior Medical Director at BeiGene, I lead the clinical development of innovative therapies for patients with hematological malignancies. With over 20 years of experience as a haematologist, I have a deep understanding of the unmet medical needs and the evolving treatment landscape in this field. I have worked with diverse teams and partners to design and execute clinical trials, obtain regulatory approvals, and support medical education and scientific exchange. I am passionate about advancing the science and practice of hematology and oncology, and contributing to the global mission of BeiGene to improve the lives of people affected by cancer. I have a strong academic background, holding fellowships from the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and the Royal College of Pathologists Australasia, and multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals. I also have a wealth of clinical experience, having recently worked as a haematologist at Harbour Cancer Centre and Waitematā District Health Board and previously in Chicago, Toronto and Vancover as an allogeneic bone marrow transplanter.
