in the years I have worked in the health care sector I have had multiple roles ranging from support worker to team leader assistant practitioner and instructor (physical intervention) having studied and been taught different models of physical Intervention and psychological interventions from PBS to safe wards and been an instructor teaching NAPPI, EPBS and have studies other models form C&R maybo and others I currently work in the behaviour support team supporting service users who exhibit challenging behaviour and support the home to implement strategies and plans to ensure the behaviour is managed by the staff and home as well as reviewing care plans and advising on where they can be improved or modified to meet needs of the indvidual.
