I am a highly organized and effective individual, with a talent for dealing with people and solving problems, by analysis, negotiation, encouragement and motivation. As an active listener, I possess excellent communication skills, allowing me to relate well to people at all levels, having practiced this both face to face and over the phone. An extensive background in hospitality going back ten years has provided me with the experience of meeting the clients’ needs and delivering the high standard of customer service that is required. On top of this I have been trusted with management responsibilities such as being a key holder, cashing up at the end of the business day and acting duty manager when the general manager was on holiday. I welcome a challenge and whilst enjoying working as a team player, I am also very capable of working on my own to a high degree of self-motivation and initiative.
