- Cloud Managed Services and Migration – Lead project manager in a global initiative to move all applications into Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)- Migration scope included over 900 servers across 20+ countries and 8 major data centers. - Worked with global vendors to complete migration activities including: Active directory related tasks, load balancer and firewall configurations, data replication, application migrations, and Co-Location contract disputes. Vendors included Deloitte Consulting, Masergy, Fortinet, NTT, and Aiticon Solutions- Updated Disaster Recovery procedures to reflect the change from On-Premise to Cloud Based Applications.
