Here at Decco we aim to be the best wholesaler in the markets we serve, supplying our independent customers with brand leading products in Gardening, DIY and Homeware. Our decentralised business philosophy gives our staff members the autonomy to make impactful decisions allowing us to build meaningful and long-lasting relationships with both customers and suppliers.I began my current position in field sales in late September 2009, with the aim to turn around a declining area for my company. I achieved this within the first quarter of 2010.Following continued success in my area I have now been given the additional responsibility of Key account management and development. My focus remains the same to maximise the profit achieved within the accounts I manage on behalf of my company.My goals, are to develop and progress my career in sales and sales management.Specialties: -Account and area development against strong competition through development of long term relationships.-Reviving areas of declining sales- Development and management of an immature area to one in which we are now the preferred supplier choice. - Range and relationship development in key accounts, including working alongside market leading suppliers.
